This is a time for fun
    There are presents for everyone

    Lined up neatly on the floor
Candy canes, stockings, peppermints too
    To share between me and you !

Spring is when flowers grow
    It rains in spring as you know

In spring the weather gets nice
    In spring you can also play dice

When it gets warm, splash in the stream
    You can then eat ice-cream

You can see flowers like tulips
   When you drink juice in little sips

Spring is a great time of year
   It makes me grin from ear to ear

Turning Nine

It seemed like yesterday When I turned eight,
I can't believe it is my last day of being eight.

The presents, the fun being with everyone .
I can't wait to just let loose and have some fun!

The cake, the party, everything is great.
I can't believe it is my last day of being eight.

I still remember my 8th birthday, it was so great,
