The air feels crisp,

Old Jack Frost has little time to sleep,
While Old Mrs Summer gets ready to leave

The coldness pushes away the warmth,
While jackets, hats, scarves and mittens are put on

The trees shed leaves in red, orange and yellow,
Anger should vanish, you should be mellow

This is a time before wreaths are put on a wall,
This is a time called Fall!!

   but they are not a place to take showers

So now you know how bad is a cold
   but I think you should be very bold

Magic Carpet

Are magic carpets real, 
     or are they just a fake?

I thought my carpet was magic,
    but it got lost and that is very tragic!

Being Neat

Keep the house tidy and neat
   and please don't stomp with boots on your feet

Keep your room very clean
   you have to do it even when you are a teen

If you don't do it, you'll end up
   spilling water out of your cup

If you put your toys away
   you'll have a clean rest of the day

Moral: If you keep the house neat,
    you might just get a treat

My Brother

My brother begs my mother, to play on the ipad
   but we tell him its for Dad,  so he gets mad

Diego is his favorite show,
    he watches it even if he's seen the show

He always wants to wear jeans,
    he sometimes leans to eat beans

He ruins his shirt
    when he plays in dirt

He is cute,
    when he makes a toot

He's a pest,
    but still the best

I love my brother,
    even when he is a bother!!!

I am the Moon

The man in the moon, looked down too soon 
            and this is what he said

"The sun's job is done,
      and so is his fun.
 I shine my white light
      in the night.
 On your floors,

Families

Families are wonderful,
      families are great

     a piece of chocolate cake.
